Experienced KS1 teacher

We are seeking a keen practitioner to join our Key Stage 1 teaching team for the Summer term.  You need to be enthusiastic and energetic and have the ability to work dynamically with the supportive Key Stage 1 team.

Do you have the personality and people skills to join our thriving school team?

We are seeking an exceptional new Sports Coach to join our teaching and after school provision.  We are looking for someone who is naturally positive with a ‘can do’ attitude and genuinely passionate about coaching primary age pupils from across Key Stage 1 and 2 alongside our after school provision. Additional working hours are available through leading provision during fixtures, sports events, sports days and INSETS. School would consider some flexibility in times and days for the right candidate.

You will be:
  • confident at leading sports activities in and out of school at fixtures or events;
  • a knowledgeable and skilled sports person who wants the best for every child;
  • able to encourage positive play and team activities on the playgrounds
  • able to support the school’s Friday afternoon enrichment clubs (Golden Time)
  • a naturally positive communicator;
  • an organised and committed colleague;
  • able to demonstrate a track record of supporting others to achieve their best.

 

Job Title: LUNCHTIME SUPERVISOR & GOLDEN TIME ASSISTANT 

Closing date: Friday 24th March 2023

Interview Date:  Tuesday March 28th 2023

Job Start Date: Monday 17th  April 2023

Contract/Hours: Part-time, 5 Lunchtimes per week, and Golden Time assistant on Friday afternoons – Term time only

Salary Details: Lunchtime Assistant Grade A

Hours of Work:  Daily 11:45-13:15 (Mon – Thurs) + 11.45 – 3.15pm (Fridays) (9.5 hours per week)

Duties will include

  • The daily supervision of the children in the lunch hall and when playing outside on the playground or field;
  • Engaging with children on both the KS1 and 2 playground;
  • Supporting the school’s Friday afternoon enrichment clubs (Golden Time)
  • Promoting the school’s values and healthy lunchtime choices
  • Following our behaviour policy and practices;
  • Encouraging positive play and team activities;
  • Following the school’s health and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for all;
  • Communicating with staff members about any specific pupil needs or concerns.

The successful applicant will need to:

  • Share our positive learning ethos and the schools values of Courage, Care, Joy and Respect;
  • Enjoy working with children in a play setting;
  • Be committed to safeguarding the pupils in their care;
  • Be a good time keeper;
  • Have clear communication skills when speaking to adults and children.

 

Job Title: KS2 TEACHER AND FOUNDATION CURRICULUM LEADER (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking an excellent practitioner who has the desire and potential to become a successful TSM Key Stage 2 teacher.  You need to be enthusiastic and energetic and have the ability to work dynamically with the whole team to help drive our happy and successful school on its journey towards outstanding.

We are looking for someone who is naturally positive with a ‘can do’ attitude and genuinely passionate about education. This role comes with additional Foundation Subject Leader responsibilities that will help our established school to continue to drive forward.

You will be:
  • A naturally positive empathetic communicator;
  • A knowledgeable and skilled educator who wants the best for every child both in academic achievement and personal fulfilment;
  • Keen to explore new teaching methods including harnessing proven and recognised innovations;
  • A track record of supporting all children to achieve their best;
  • Confident at leading a Curriculum Subject or an area of improvement in your current setting.
